Whether you already have a complete tech pack or only an early product idea, our team can help turn the requirement into a practical sample plan for jackets, bib pants, rain suits, and other technical outerwear.
Sample Development Options
- Tech pack sampling: We develop samples according to the specifications, measurements, materials, trims, and construction details provided by your brand.
- Private-label adjustment: We start from an existing Navis Marine style and customize details such as logo placement, labels, color, fabric, trims, or packaging.
- ODM development: If you have a concept but no technical package yet, we help translate the design direction into workable specifications before sampling.
Sample Development Workflow
- Confirm the cooperation model. For ODM projects, we help refine the brand concept into detailed technical specifications.
- Finalize product details. We confirm style, sizing, colors, fabric, trims, logo placement, labels, and packaging requirements.
- Issue the proforma invoice. Once the sample plan and cost are confirmed, we provide the official invoice for payment.
- Arrange factory sampling. After payment is received, our factory schedules the sample and starts development.
- Ship by FedEx air freight. Finished samples are sent directly to your address for review.
Dedicated Sample Follow-Up
A dedicated coordinator follows each sample project, connects with both the customer and the factory, and keeps you updated throughout the process. You can contact us at any stage to check progress, clarify details, or discuss adjustments.
Sample development usually takes 4-6 weeks. The exact timeline depends on factory scheduling, material availability, and the complexity of the style.
